Is Bonavendi free?
Yes, Bonavendi is completely free for you. We fund ourselves through commissions from the buyers.
Who is behind Bonavendi?
Bonavendi is a German company based in Vaterstetten near Munich. Our mission is to make selling used items simpler and more profitable.

Bonavendi is currently available in Germany (.de), Austria (.at), and internationally (.com). Available buyers vary by region.

How does selling through Bonavendi work?

What is smart allocation?
Smart allocation is our special feature. Instead of sending all items to one buyer, we calculate the best split across multiple buyers. This can get you often considerably more.
Example: 20 books to one buyer = $45. Optimized (12 to Buyer A, 8 to Buyer B) = $65.
What items can I sell?

Is there a minimum amount?
Most buyers have a minimum order value of $10-15 for free shipping. Bonavendi accounts for this automatically during optimization.
How quickly do I get paid?
After the buyer receives your items, payout typically takes 1-3 business days. Exact timing varies by buyer.
What if items are rejected?
Most buyers let you choose: free disposal or return shipping for a small fee ($3-5). Be honest about condition to avoid rejections.
Buying
Can I also buy through Bonavendi?
Yes! In Buy mode, we compare prices for used items across different retailers. Find the cheapest offer available.
Are used items lower quality?
Not necessarily. Reputable retailers categorize items by condition (Like New, Very Good, Good, Acceptable). Most used items are in very good condition.
Is there a return policy?
Yes, most retailers offer 14-30 day return policies. Check the specific retailer for exact terms.
Technical
Which browsers are supported?
Bonavendi works with all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. We recommend always using the latest version.
Is there a Bonavendi app?
We don’t currently offer a native app. However, our website is fully mobile-optimized and works great on smartphones and tablets.
How is my data protected?
We take privacy seriously. Bonavendi does not store personal data about your sales. All transactions happen directly with the buyers. Details in our Privacy Policy .
Why do prices sometimes differ?
Buyback prices change constantly based on supply and demand. We update prices regularly, but small differences can occur between query and actual sale.

Are the displayed prices guaranteed?
Displayed prices are based on current buyer data. The final price is confirmed after the buyer inspects your items. With accurate condition descriptions, it typically matches the displayed price.
Problems & Support
A buyer paid less than shown. What now?
First check if the condition rating was accurate. For discrepancies, contact the buyer directly. Bonavendi is only the comparison tool and not involved in the actual sale.
